He shop keep was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! I went in asking for something to knock out a cold and he took us directly to a product just for that. The shop, though small had a great selection of vitamins, teas and general health stuff.

Terrible customer service today! Shop girl tried to accuse a customer of refunding an item that was bought elsewhere, even though the receipt clearly showed it was a genuine item bought from H&B. Very rude, causing an unnecessary drama!
