Went to buy a coffee machine as a surprise. Slow and unhelpful staff. The store was pretty much empty but I Was waiting around for 15-20 minutes looking like a mere cat trying to grap someone's attention. Finally found one who didn't really seem to want to be there and I didn't really feel happy with the assistance. so went online done my own research and ended up purchasing in Sainsburys.

I was looking for a kettle. Fairly decent range, although many models on display I couldn't find in 'on line' reviews, so not sure if they are specials made just for this chain of stores. Assistant approached me after a few minutes. Offered good advice based on my needs. Prices competitive. Tried to sell the usual expensive extended insurance. Covid standards well maintained. A good store, with good customer service and a good range and competitive prices.

I went to Currys, to buy a new washing machine I was greeted at the door, asked which dept I wanted & directed me to the disabled lift, & told where the machines were. It was very clean, with hand cleansers at various places. The young man who helped me, was smart, helpful, & very knowledgeable & knew the best one for me. Plus delivery, installation & recycling my old machine. Was included. 10year warranty was included. All in all. Very happy with Currys.

Slow response from staff. We were standing by a product for over 15 mins without anyone coming to ask if we needed any assistance even though the staff were standing together chatting at the back of the store. Ended up buying the camera I wanted on amazon because the service in the shop was just not adequate enough for me to spend the extra money
