Needed to get in touch with a mortgage advisor urgently, popped into the Brynmawr branch and had a word with Melissa and explained to her why I needed advise. She was so friendly and understanding, and was able to put me in touch with one of their advisors whose name is Dan. He advised me of the best way forward to suit my needs, problem solved. I have since called back to the Brynmawr branch to thank Melissa for her sound advice, she was so pleased she had been able to help me out. She is a real credit to her profession and I would highly recommend the professional service and advice they offer.
Disgrace of a agent was trying to ask about information she wasnt bothered to answer any of my questions asked if the property allowed dogs blaintly said no because its a flat i asked if that was the landlords prefernce her repsonse was no im just saying that im certain they wont appauling service would not reccomend at all dont know theri a*ss fron theri elbow
Friendly and professional on a face to face and telephone contacts.All information given at the start of the process was useful and effective.Written information also proved useful.I didn't have to keep contacting them as they seemed to do their job and kept me informed. Towards the end of the sale I would have appreciated a few more calls to keep me up to date as this was an anxious time and is a time when as a seller you can get anxious I would recommend them and would use I the future
