If this is the same Oak Hill Ranch along Hwy 88 in Monte Alto Texas watch out for the unfair HOA fees associated with this property. From what I've heard, the owner totally controls the HOA by having 10 votes for every parcel that he owns and he apparently owns four. With those four he has a total of 40 votes to easily out-vote the rest of the residents in this subdivision. Watch Out and do your research before you decide to move out there. Once again, this review is in reference to the Monte Alto subdivision called Oak Hill Ranch
