Great Value Call Handling Service! We have been using Answer Connect now for a while and as a small plumbing & heating business this has contributed significantly to our recent success. As a small team we missed out on so many first time enquiries due to us being on site or spending the little spare time we have with the family. They answer our calls 24/7 and they have our call flow configured so that if I toggle myself to available within the app then they live transfer the call and if I am unavailable they text me a message - all at no extra cost.
