Braids has been there for Oakley since he was a puppy whenever he has needed treatment providing guidance on nutrition to even emergency appointments at 1/2am. Having a pet in distress or sick can be worrying sometimes and the practice is very reassuring. They also have worked with my insurance to ensure I was paid back for all treatments which qualified numerous times and Oakley has always recovered. He is a healthy thriving dog because of them. It is a great practice and the staff are wonderful.

We had a great expereince with Braid Vets! We are from the US and needed to get our dogs vaccinations updated prior to moving back to the US and of course this is happening during the time of Covid-19. Braid Vets had great measures in place for social distancing. Although I cannot speak to the inside of the facility, the staff was so kind and helpful and I wish we could keep his vet, Allison as his permanet vet! Allison was amazing, we loved her and highly reccomend her!
Friendly staff good service always have sort notice appointments available. Can be little expensive compared to others
My boy got a tooth extraction today. The care and love all at Braids Vet show him is remarkable I love them for that. They went over and above for Harley today X
I couldn't have been more satisfied with the care my cat Jaz received, it was an emergency for her and she was in a lot of pain. We are currently with Village Vets in Longniddry, and E-vets are linked in with Braid for emergencies. Despite the fact the covid is around, we were treated with compassion and kindness, and they did all they could for her. Unfortunately, she didn't make it, but the staff looked after us all really well. I just want to say a huge thank you.
