We placed our local cafe on the market in the middle of the pandemic with very little expectations. We used Central Business Sales as they were a local company with great local knowledge and felt that this was the best way to go. They called a few days after we instructed then with a potential buyer who they had been dealing with trying to find the right business. It was a perfect match so we didn’t even have to go through the advertising process and viewings. Due to the quick sale and the fact that Central Business Sales did not have to advertise they gave us a very generous discount on our fees. Great service from local guys with fantastic knowledge of what they do. Very impressed.

These guys sold me lettings business and it was really easy for me. They took control of everything and I done nothing. I found them really professional as we had lots of time-waters. In the end we got multiple offers which was amazing in the current climate. Great job very professional and I would 100% recommend these guys.
We decided to use Central Business Sales after talking to a few agents as they came across as very professional and as it was a delicate sale we needed some one we could trust. The fees were not the biggest concern for us but it was a bonus that the fees were extremely competitive. Only took 6 weeks in total from advertising to completion and that's exactly what we needed, Happy to recommend these guys and i don't think it could have gone any better.
During the sale my husband passed away and it was a very difficult time for us. The service from these guys was nothing short of amazing. They went well and truly above and beyond to get the business sold. They took care of everything as I was not wanting to deal with it.
