My landlord used Lothian Domestics for our dishwasher repair and they were great - no faults at all! Both the guys that came were very professional and followed COVID guidelines to the T. They were very quick in identifying the problem and with the repair, arrived on time both times and our dishwasher works great now.
Exceptionally Good Customer Service very very helpful and responded quickly to my query. Excellent communication on everything from what to expect to COVID guidelines. Engineer was on time very polite and friendly. Explained what issue was with my washing machine, what cost was and that he could fix it. One very happy customer would definitely use again and highly recommend.
Great service! It was easy to book an appointment online, I was given a two-hour slot for the visit and the company has an excellent approach to social distancing. The engineer was polite and efficient and fixed our problem quickly. Would definitely recommend!
