Thanks to Richard for an amazing customer experience when buying our car at the Edinburgh branch. The Fiesta ST is a stunning car and he wasn't pushy with us when we were looking for a car, which is really important to me. He communicated with us through the process and was kind enough to work on his day off ( christmas eve ) to get us our car in time for Christmas. Thanks again for everything, Truly a cracking man. I have recently purchased a new fiesta from peoples Ford and the service I received from Colin was fantastic. He found the perfect car for me and my needs and with me having a busy working schedule he worked around that for me picking my car up. The customer service was 5 star and I’m so excited to drive about in my new car. I highly recommend people’s Ford and especially Colin to all future buyers.
