I have been working with Aimee to help me start my coaching business.I have accomplished more in the last two months working with her than I have in the past year. I have such a feeling of hope and confidence and that I'm doing the things that really matter to build my business, which I have never had before. And I'm already seeing results! I encourage all heart-centered women entrepreneurs to hire a coach, because it makes such a difference. I just wish I had done it earlier and not wasted the time struggling on my own. I have known Aimee for years and she was my life coach even before we knew to call it that. One thing she helped me with in particular was a lot of trauma, pain, and sadness over a late term miscarriage and the tests and events in the months leading up to it. She was very patient with me and helped me work through and release the memories and night terrors so that I could eventually have some peace. More recently she has helped with issues with our fostering my special needs nephew who has severe behavioral problems from his environment before we got him. I love him so much but he requires so much energy and attention, and she has helped me a lot with that. She has also shared some other great resources with me for areas outside of her expertise. If you have any memories or current events that you know are holding you back, I highly recommend Aimee and the technique she uses for it.
