Kids had fun . But they have closed more sections off due to covid and the cafe system is a joke. Now you have to order via qr code. Staff are nice

As a local I am regular visitor with my 2 boys for the last 3 or 4 years. Yesterday was the second time we organised a group celebration. Two years ago the staff were so helpful and accomodating, and I am happy to say that yesterday was just as good. Special thank you to Kyro and your female colleague who looked after us on clip and climb. The children had a great time, which ultimately is the most important thing.

really fun, especially the new clip and climb. would’ve given a 5th star if it weren’t for the not so amazing covid layout on the trampoline section, however it was all fine on clip and climb as it wasn’t busy during our session.

Booked on line, watched safely video at home - and no queues. Reception staff handed us reserved table number for Café. We struggled with menu scanner (even with 11 year old techno wizard) but were able to order direct from staff, who delivered to table. They have \Eat out to help out\ scheme, so food and drink was half price. My grandson enjoyed his session, especially his favourite ball park. Toilets were clean. Tables cleaned regularly. Social distancing friendly for me. A good morning trip for us.

Its half term and what better way to get rid of the energy levels of young children. This is the ideal place to do this. Jump In a very good place has a nice cafe to relax while the kids go crazy.
