I hate this review because the food is good. Typically I dislike people who rate places low for service issues or one - off matters but after three separate 2-plus hour waits for my food delivery it is clear that issue is fundamental. They lack ability to operate efficiently. Poor costumer service when problems arise. Maybe pick up is better but doubt it. Order at own risk as it is a gamble unless you don't care when it gets there. Honestly, issue isn't even wait. If you tell me wait is 2 hour I can plan for that or order elsewhere. Problem is it says 60-minute wait that is double that our longer. Went back a couple of times to give them a chance but done with them now. Too many other sushi options.

Having been to Japan, this place reminded me so much of the sushi overseas. It’s a cute little market too and mostly everything in there seems to be available for purchase through online ordering. The staff was very friendly and the process of ordering for pickup was super easy (especially with Covid protocols). Since we were biking through town, we were able to pick up and eat our takeout at one of their tables located just out front. I highly recommend this spot for your sushi cravings!

It’s the best sushi in the Evanston area relative to the price. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The sushi tastes fresh and affordable no complaints at all. You aren’t getting prime cuts here or the best sushi there is of course, but you will never be disappointed here.

Amazing food and sushi. However, picking up took an hour as they were slammed with orders. Some people waited 2 hours for delivery. They have to work on that, but due to amazing food and more than correct process I have to give it 5 stars!

Used to live by here and it's always been one of my favorite sushi places around Chicago for its fish freshness and cute vibe. I still enjoyed my latest dinner but my ramen and sushi rice were much more bland than ever before. I noticed a lot of \No MSG\ signs so maybe they got a complaint or something. There was also a nigiri left off my order. Hopefully it'll be back to it's usual glory my next visit.
