Excellent independent mecca for cyclists both novice, commuters and serious riders. The store is located just off the A38 at the bottom of Telegraph Hill, North side of the village of Kenn. Ample free car parking. The Range of bikes is immense, from a separate kids section, race, hybrids and electric as well as the pro competitive bikes. A huge range of cycle accessories from bells to gears and chains, panniers and baskets are available to purchase at competitive prices, the customer service is excellent and the follow up exceptional. I have previously bought a bike for my Son from here and popped in today and bought a Hump signal cycle jacket from the sale rack.

Well I can not fault these guys.. excellent service since I have got my Giant Trance E2 in December 2019...long story but worth a share....thought battery had issues after buying the bike but because of work commitments I wasn't able to take it back but they offered a diagnosis to see what the issue was. It turned out I was just a noobie to EMTB and it was working fine, however 8 months later the battery just died during covid. I rang them up and explained. They said bring it back anytime..I spoke to a nice chap who booked it in for me for the thursday.. Took my bike back 3 weeks ago for diags and on the Wednesday I had a call saying the the battery is completely dead and they would contact giant uk. The team has rang me once a week with an update on the bike. Basically it was a warranty job and they couldn't get one from the UK, they sourced one from Europe and explained that this may take a couple of weeks...well today I got another call saying that the bike is ready to pick up.. brilliant service from everyone I have dealt with in the shop. I even had a good chat with the (sorry) older guy who was quite knowledgeable about ebikes. I would definitely go back there even though I live miles away from Exeter...well done to all the guys I dealt with..Thank You
