Rang before going away to book from Exeter airport to Exmouth was told 'no problem, just ring when you land at 10pm'. Rang from airport last night only to be told 'it's too late now '!!! We were left stranded....never use them !!!
Terrible. Booked a taxi for 3 O'Clock so I wouldn't miss a train, taxi hasn't turned up by 10 past so I ring them, repeatedly getting the busy tone. End up booking another taxi with a different company, and then... the taxi finally turns up at quarter past! This resulted miss my train and then end up nearly missing my train to London. So angry. Will never be using this service again and recommend that others don't use it either.
worst taxi ever, always late, ask anyone in exmouth. The owner Jackie is very rude. She lies and says taxi will 5 mins, and 45 mins later your still waiting. Avoid them at all cost!!
Trust me ...AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR DESPERATE ! I have booked with them many of times as I have had no other choice ...Not once have they turned up on time and Im talking 10/20 minutes late . They utterly useless and incompetent..
