Extremely useless customer care. What ever you ask they have a one generic answer. I wonder why they have customer care in the 1st place. A bot will surely do a better job.

Absolutely awful experience with Experian ! They have updated my information incorrectly with a late payment that simply doesn't exist and showing that I owe money where I dont. I really don't understand how this company is legal and so incompetent considering they have so much financial influence. The other credit agencies have the information correctly displayed and equifax are putting my mortgage application at risk with this stunt. On top of this, the agents don't seem to fully understand the magnitude of the situation or what I'm saying. AVOID this company as much as you can!
