Would travel further to find a better DIY place..... Only popped in for a few bits, and they didn't have them. Trollies of unpacked goods litter the aisles , lack of staff & those that were present were gormless. Desperately needed a wee... Walked into loo.... Horrified at the state of it.... And it's a DIY store .Needless to say I left still needing a wee! .photos prove the state of it it
Staff in here are generally helpful. Impressed with the store manager / duty manager when it came to advice on where to buy chemical resin anchor bits as they no longer sold them.
Just like to say I had very good customer service this evening wish I got the ladies name! So helpful and we had a really good chat about our work in retail.
