Il Santo Bevitore really lives up to its incredible reputation. I’d been wanting to go there for dinner forever, and when we finally did, I was nothing but delighted. The food is perfectly prepared and presented and it’s delicious. The servers are all very professional and polite. They had no problem at all with us sharing dishes, and even split the portions of pasta in different plates and brought extra plates for us to share the meat. We can’t wait to come back. Reservations are a good idea!!

Absolutely perfect meal at santo bevitore. First of all, the staff is very nice and professional, they are helpful and take good care of their guest. The food was beyond what we expected, the pasta dish was amazing and the beef fillet was tender and tasty like you would expect. Their menu is not only Tuscan which for us was a plus as so many restaurants seem to be doing the same thing in Florence. We will be back and can’t wait for it.

Best food in Florence so far. Fantastic wine bar 2 doors down where you can wait for a table if you have not made a reservation. Great atmosphere, great service, great wine and outstanding food.

Delightful evening at the Santo Bevitore. Recommended by a friend, I've been charmed about nearly everything: the place itself is particularly charming and catches a gold sunset light, the staff is very professional and available, the food is very qualitative and the wine selection is interesting and rich. Special mention to the rabbit ragù pasta with lemon peel and the homemade bread. Would recommend without any hesitation as an ideal place mixing authenticity with a trendy spirit!
