Ismael did a fantastic job. Thoroughly explained what was wrong with my washing machine and proceeded by efficiently cleaning out the dirt stuck in the machine's sump and ended by steam cleaning the entire machine. Highly recommend him, would give 6 stars if I could!
My washing machine broke down on a Friday evening, First Service contacted me direct advising me I could get an appointment the next day using their online booking system. Awesome service! Notified me beforehand to give me an accurate ETA. FIxed my very old washing machine, quickly and efficiently. Ismael was professional and efficient, fixed my machine with no mess. Our washing machine broke in the middle of the Pandemic. With three tenants I was panicked. Found them on Google and went with it because of other reviews and I was pleasantly surprised to have them come very quickly and repair the machine at a very fair rate. Top class, absolutely recommend
We had an 8am appointment with the service engineer. He was timely, very friendly and found out quickly about the problem, which he was able to solve immediately. The brushes of the washing machine were worn out and he had some replacement in his car. I highly recommend this service! Thanks for your help!
