I came and did to the dealership to buy a 2019 Corvette my previous Corvette was totaled in an accident and I was in a hurry to buy a new car. Victor my sales person said the scratches could be buffed out and he would take care of it. We did not know a “We work” needed to be signed, so no work was done. The manager of infinity also promised us we could take it to a shop and have our car detailed the way we like it because they didn’t do a very good job. He never followed through with his promises of the the car being detailed and fuel topped off like new. They are simply liars. He also plays games at work when he was supposed to be fixing my car.

So, I gave it four stars because I had take my car in twice after the first time. So my car stopped on my while I was driving. It was out of gas even though the gas meter was reading at a quarter of a tank. I was told the fuel pump and sensor for the gas tank need to be replaced, per diagnostics testing, so they replaced what needed to be replaced. The second time isn’t that big of deal, so won’t acknowledge it. But this last time was a big a deal to me (my stopped on me again even though the gas meter was reading a little over half of a tank). Since infinity cars are “made special” the sensor inside the gas tank needed to be replaced (it was kinda big because they get infinity involved) they had my car for a little over 2 weeks. It was a super inconvenience to take my car back up there because I felt like all of that should of been handle the first time, I mean that is why my car had to get towed there and stayed at the dealership for several days the first time. So of course I super irritated and upset. But Eddie (my service advisor) told me to bring my in, he got me rental right way, very communicative rather it was after hours or during hours, he made sure all questions answered. He really did make me feel like I was the only customer he was taking care of. I really appreciate good customer service. The end of it all I’m happy customer!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was truly the best vehicle purchase experience we've ever had. Advisors are well informed but not pushy. Eddie kept me informed as the service progressed. The lounge is amazing. Comfy seating, social distancing, cleaning periodically. The bistro food is truly great and the prices reasonable. You have to try it.
