Dr. Barnett and the entire staff at Dallas IVF is so professional, friendly, and accommodating. I couldn't recommend them enough. The entire office staff was wonderful to deal with. Our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner and any obstacles we faced throughout the process was handled with encouragement. They are truly happy for every positive scan/test/milestone you get through. Going through fertility treatments during COVID has been challenging--however this office staff (especially Alex/Shelly/and Dr. B) have been very delightful to work with.

Besides that, they and the office staffs are friendly, professional, caring and helpful. The most important part is that I AM PREGNANT. I had a great experience with Dr Ku at Dallas IVF Frisco. Dr Ku is thorough, kind, and most importantly, good at what he does! I’ve had several friends become pregnant with his help and my husband and I are grateful to have also had success on the first try. Fertility is a delicate topic and stressful, but Dr Ku’s great bedside manner really made the process pleasant. You can tell upon meeting him that he genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional and trustworthy care.

Dr. Ku and his office staff were nothing but exceptional! I have zero complaints about him or his office staff. The communication always happened within a timely manner and his bedside manners were amazing! I have never met a physician more caring and compassionate than him. As a nurse, when I look for a provider I want someone who truly cares about the patient. Dr. Ku did that and even more. I highly recommend him and his office for anyone going through infertility.

The office staff, ultra sound techs, nurses and Dr Barnett we’re all so wonderful to me. After trying for such a long time, we got pregnant on our SECOND cycle.
