山梨と言ったらほうとうともつ煮 ほうとうは基本かぼちゃなのですが、かぼちゃばかりはさすがに… なのでいつも\きのこほうとう\を頼んでます。やはり内陸は味噌ベース、量もありよほどの大食いさん以外なら１個頼めばお腹いっぱいになります。味もいいと思います。 そして、もつは鶏と馬がありますが今回は鶏もつにしました。味はスゴイ濃いです今回は車なので断念しましたが絶対ビールか日本酒辺りが欲しくなる一品です。 今度は電車で来ようか… 正直飲みたかった…
