This company is responsible for maintaining the railroads in Gadsden, and the lack of upkeep is atrocious and negligent. Numerous portions of the railroad either have huge holes in them or have railroad spikes protruding from them. The failure to take responsibility for repairing these structures is dangerous and has caused countless vehicles to be damaged. This company should be held accountable for their apathy and be required to not only fix the railroad tracks, but provide financial restitution to those whose vehicles have been affected.
