I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and thanks to Galemire vets for their kindness and compassion at my time of great distress at having to have my beautiful boy Alfie put to sleep. I hadn’t even registered with a vet when I moved to Whitehaven, but they still saw my Alfie and looked after him in his time of need. I cannot thank them enough even in these horrible times they let me be with him till the end , I would 1000% recommend them to anyone , I don’t know how you do that job but I am so glad you do your all amazing

Great customer service, they managed to fit my son's little guinea pig in for an urgent appointment the same day I phoned. Very polite, friendly and informative staff
Taking emergency call outs. Regular phone contact giving advice and informing about animal. Safeguard in place re covid. Phone surgery on arrival and wait in parking area to be called in. Staff pleasant and efficient.
