The only person standing here waiting on food, a wrap, for over 15 minutes. The drive through seems to be the priority. The person working the food station finally asked what number I was waiting on, she then noticed my food sitting to the right. Instead of saying anything she went to hand me cold food. I asked for a refund, without her saying a word she walked to the register and pulled out cash, when I asked if it could be put back on my card she asked if I could \Just take the cash\. She then said \Well I can put it in your card\. She didn't apologize, did not work with me didn't ask if there was anything that she could do. She acknowledged the failure and accepted it, but scolded the other employees. You really need to learn how to work with customers, customer service could have easily fixed this situation. Now I'm not going to waste my money or time at another Sheetz that allows poor professionalism as well as about 90% of it's customer to enter WITHOUT masks during a pandemic.

I usually buy food here and have been for years, however, after today and realizing for a FACT you do not change your oil it will be my last. I do not understand how a person(s) can fail to uphold their business the right way in holding up a standard to stay in business during these trying times!!! Change your oil these regular fries should not be brown like wheat rice! So disappointed and still famished. Our families eat from you.

I’ve been getting gas and food from this Sheetz for nearing three years now, I’ve never had a single complaint about it. Bathrooms always tip-top clean, floor always shiny, food always hot.
