Not really bothered about airport just want to get to my destination

The Gatwick (LGW) Airport is easily one of my favourite Airports Internationally. I am often taken aback by its share size yet it's well kept and up to date nature. Located in London and well integrated with the Tube and Train lines. The organization and layout of the terminals and the complementary Terminal Transfer Trams makes navigating this Airport a Breeze. Having experienced International and Domestic Arrivals and Departure from this Airport over the Decades have given me a great appreciation for this facility. The food courts and retail outlets add to its charm. I remember being able to experience a Car Show in the Departure Terminal (Several Aston Martins). The convenience of being able to Arrive and depart from the Airport using several ground Transportation methods is definitely a plus. Also Checking in from Victoria Station is also super convenient. The customer service experience in my opinion is quite professional and thoughtful. I remember being slightly late for a return flight and stuck in a long queue. So the Eagle eyed customer Service Agent whisked me to the front of the line this making my flight possible that day. I recommend this Airport to anyone Travelling to or from the UK.

Convenient. Trains straight into London Bridge and London Victoria with one stop on the way. Quick and regular. However, the cost is high for regular travel if you don't have a smart key. Should be made more affordable for local people and workers, this is my only criticism but is an important one.

My favourite United Kingdom airport. This airport is the easiest to navigate around all areas of and has the ability to make a difference in make sure you are looked after. The staff are always friendly and helpful with knowledgeable information about any enquiry. The range of airport lounges available are also an extremely convenient way to relax and enjoy your time prior to your departure. From start to finish, this airport is functional and convenient for all your needs. Well done team.
