Anna is 100% reliable. She was very tuned to my cats, one of whom is timid and suspicious of new people and the other, easier, who is confident. They were relaxed and had obviously been well fed and looked after. We appreciated the feed back she sent while were away. The house was neat and tidy on return and I have no hesitation in recommending her. PB
