I have no hesitation in recommending Silva to anyone who is thinking of having permanent make up. She is excellent at choosing the correct colours (although you make the final choice) and her shaping is wonderful. Silva always listens to exactly what is wanted and discusses with and advises the client to ensure she gets the best results. She pays attention to hygiene as well as her client's comfort.
