Called this Company for a very last minute hire. Tried on their website to check availability, which told me that since this was last minute, they could still do the hire, but to call the number provided (which wasn't correct - there is a digit missing from the telephone number stated). Eventually called the correct number, numerous times to which there was no answer. Called the mobile number, some man who answered the phone sounded half asleep or 'melted' for lack of a better word, and just mumbled quite unprofessionally and incoherently 'nope, too short notice'... As before said - the website states that the hire could still be taken out, despite the short notice. Some politeness, professionalism and honesty goes a long way. Will not use this company in future. In response to your reply - As stated, in my review, this was last-minute! Thank you for your advice for booking in advance - but unfortunately, my balls are not crystal. My comment re. the man who answered the phone has nothing to do with the nationality of the person in question - simply their unprofessional and mumbling manner whilst answering the telephone, therefore your point here is moot, but nice try. I have never before had an issue understanding someone who holds a foreign accent - it was nothing to do with this - it was the manner and tone of voice. Your attitude is patently unprofessional. We have taken our business and our money elsewhere, and I suggest others do the same. It has been a blessing in disguise to not have to deal with your Company. Thank you :)

Terrible company. Had a bouncy castle booked for my sons birthday party. Booking confirmation received via email. On the day of the party 1 hour after the estimated arrival time called Crown Castles to get an update only to be told that it was cancelled. Guy I spoke to was horrible not even an apology. DO NOT USE YOU WILL ONLY HAVE A GARDEN FULL OF DISAPPOINTED KIDS....

Almost lost hope for party due to some companies refused to deliver because of rain, Crown Castles did deliver and kids loved it. Day turned out amazing. Absolutely amazing service, friendly staff and great priceing. Highly recommend, five stars all day every day.
