Elaine who calls herself the manager and her sidekick Lauren (the two of them appear to be related) are a complete law into themselves. They act as if they own the place and are downright ignorant and arrogant. How they have been trusted to run this operation is beyond belief and surely only a matter of time until they are found out and the business fails as a result.
