Bought a Honda generator from them - was sent on time and they use DPD which is always reliable in my experience. They gave me good advice before buying and they were the most competitively priced in the UK - by a country mile. Top marks all round..would definitely buy from them again.

I had ordered a new Bosch multi tool, have arrived with an broken factory fitted seal, tapped back by them. They have refused to take it back unless pay the return charge, the broken seal was not stated on their website when purchased. Very bad customer service as well.

Sent my 2nd fix Pasolde off for a service with these guys whilst i wasnt' doing any 2nd fix. Super fast service, messaged me with what was needed and price, soon as that was dealt with my gun was returned by secure courier next day. Brilliant! The gun is like new! Only place i will use from now on
