Everyone is so lovely here!! They’ve treated my cat and dog so well (and calmly, especially my dog who is very nervous). My wee pup has had a few issues since we adopted her and the vets are so gentle with her, never pushy and very balanced in talking me through potential treatments. Reception staff are so nice too. 10/10

I brought all my Rabbits here as a child and always had a great experience with all the staff and services. Now being an adult and living at our own place, my girlfriend and I brought our first Bunny together here for an operation and after all these years had a similar great experience with all the staff who genuinely seem to care. Amy did a great job explaining how to care for my Rabbit after his operation.
My partner and I are first time puppy owners and our experience at the centre today was brilliant. They were super friendly with little waiting time - due to Covid we had to wait outside but the service was still excellent. You can tell they care a lot about these animals and I felt really safe leaving my puppy in their hands!
Came here for our cat's first general check up. Social distancing and covid measures were strictly observed, making us feel comfortable with the experience. The vet we spoke with and that examined our cat answered all our questions about pet care (even the silly ones) and was thorough about explaining our cat's condition. Prices were reasonable, within standard range for a vet visit in my experience. Happy to return anytime.
Very nice people, competent and caring, very clean and tidy environment, the dog LOVES going there, so much so he bounds over to sit on the step if we walk past after the vet's gone home...
