If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would! Terrible experience and would not recommend! The minute your money is transferred forget any kind of decent customer service. NHBC is the only way we are getting anywhere!

Terrible. Only word for them. Not even worthy of the one star rating. Save your money and buy a decent house with proper aftercare somewhere else. Shocking workmanship and even more shocking customer service.
