After some issues with my new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux, Cassens was unable to figure out the problem however completely replaced the Jeep, the sales manager went out of his way to make things right going to Bloomington IL to find the exact same as I had. Negative experience flipped! Thanks Scott!
