Simply the best . The meat from here is top quality . I have had meat from all different places through the years but after tasting all different meats from here I realize I've been missing out . The rib eye steak has to be my favourite . Sausages etc are also delicious ..I have no complaints whatsoever and will continue to order from here every time.. I put my order in online and it is delivered next day always with courteous delivery drivers .. If there's something you want and it's not listed a quick email to the company and very quick replies and I've found they can get it for you . I cannot fault this company in anything so I'm a happy shopper ... you have to try and when you do you will not go anywhere else . The lady I've spoke on the phone with a few times called Gemma is very very polite and helpful.. Happy eating everyone ...

This is an excellent establishment, top notch meat and the customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend this business to everyone who isn't a vegetarian.
Easy to navigate website, my orders are delivered the day after ordering and fantastic prices (I saved 30 by changing from my usual butchers). The Balmoral chicken and braising steak are my favs. The packaging makes it easier to fit everything in the fridge/freezer and was delivered by a lovely gentlman who's cheeriness brightened up my morning. Would 100% recommend.
I Have Noticed When People Compliment Hendersons For Their Butchermeat Henderson Gets Back To Them With A Thank You, Not The Same When You Have A Complaint, They Do Not Answer You On Their Message Board,Or By EMail.I Have been Trying To Contact Them ,I Already Asked Them A Question Concerning My Recent Order. I Have Explained Our Landline Is Down,But They Could EMail Me,After All They Send Their Specials That Are On offer For the following Week,What Happened To Customer Service,Or Do You Only Get That If You Have A Nice Comment To Make .I Am Still Waiting
first order today , husband had a breakfast with sausages bacon and black pudding well impressed , roast chicken for tea and taste superb . loved the boiled ham which brought back childhood memories ! will be using again . top quality , very polite and helpful staff
