Dangerous. Do not care or do what is right for children they are meant to be guiding. Do not do what they say they are going to do. Do not return calls or show up for appointments. Accept and enable drug use and lies. Actively seek to keep kids stuck in the system. Claim to.know kids when they Haven t a clue who they're dealing with. Have low expectations about kids and have no idea how to ensure the kids achieve their dreams or what they are capable of. Utterly toxic.
