We are tired of contacting them about a property, my missus has also sent multiple emails but no one replies. I have read reviews here and thankfully we didn’t go further along in the process with these guys.
Rented a property from the company. Severe rising damp appeared and emailed the company to be told they don’t manage the property only let them. However comes to moving out of the property and my bond has to go to dispute because of the damp issues the landlord never rectified. And as by magic the estate agents apparently now manages the property? 2 faced people who are not in business to protect tenants from poor landlords. Oh and too add the property had no heating facilities apart from night storage heaters which didn’t heat the house to legal requirements I later found out but still charged 595 rent. Wouldn’t use this company ever again.
