It's great to see that the local council has converted this into dwellings whilst maintaining the original station. So much better that pulling it down to build new ones
Historical building brought back to life with a new purpose lovely.
Excellent restoration of the derelict Gosport Station, splendidly built by Sir William Tite in 1841 but damaged by bombing in WWII, now offices and apartments. Described by Pevsner as '...one of the finest pieces of external station architecture surviving from the beginning of the railway age'.
