I have a slight addiction to homeware, so Dunelm is a treasure trove for me I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and has a good range of products. The prices at Dunelm are reasonable, though it is always worth checking with other retailers first as I have found some items are incredibly overpriced in comparison, whilst others are excellent value for money.

Great place for curtains and matching bed linen
Staff not adhering to 2m rule. When I informed them for their safety they were more interested in getting their lunch, and changed tact to say she could not understand me and was going on lunch. I complained to the manager after listening to the same staff member complaining about me! The manager said no one else has complained yet. However they have just opened. Tried complaints let me twice, just rang off. Seriously customer service could have been better, and I did not feel My value. Truly let down by their ability to comprehend government direction. I was just giving observational advice. Should I complain?
