We are delighted with our fantastic kitchen. Vince was really helpful and the whole team were professional and friendly. Even though we had the stress of having it fitted in 2020, during the pandemic which caused delays from the builders, nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen was fitted beautifully and we love it. We have already recommended Great British Kitchens to our friends and I am sure once the restrictions are lifted and we can have people to dinner again, our friends will see for themselves why. Thanks again Vince and team Sandra and Gary.

GBK was recommended to me by a friend whose kitchen I admired. I was told to ask for Jack as he provided such great service (and she was right). From the get go, the service was top notch, the design really made the most of the space (and all of my little quirks were accommodated), the team were efficient, polite and really made us feel like we were in safe hands. The build started on time and finished a day early (always a bonus) and Gary (our fitter) was patient with my endless questioning, let our dog out and took our parcels in. I have absolutely no hesitate in recommending GBK to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
We engaged with Great British , having used them many years ago to install our kitchen , to build floor to ceiling shelving and cabinets under our stairs. The shelving was to hold my collection of cd's and vinyl and the cabinets under our staircase was to give us some additional storage. The plans were drawn up and we were very happy with the look - however after installation they surpassed anything we had hoped for. The fitter was excellent and considering the small space he had to work with under our stairs - he made a great job. The floor to ceiling shelving is excellent and I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend Great British without hesitation as the process was very well managed from start to finish. Massive thanks to everyone.
We chose to work with Great British Kitchens & Interiors as we wanted to entrust our project to support a local, family-run business. Jack has provided a patient, supportive and responsive service to us from the very beginning. We found his ability to generate new ideas to overcome challenges and unexpected curveballs (hello unexpected steel beam!) really reassuring and we are absolutely delighted with the result. The team were very quick to resolve a few \snagging\ issues that came up after installation too. We truly appreciated the friendly yet professional approach from the whole team!
If like me you are reading these reviews with a view to using GBK , you will probably be wondering how it is possible for all reviews to be 5 star, I am very fussy and was confident that my review would not get 5 stars if I did use them , I was wrong. Vince and his team have installed a new kitchen and utility room for us and every part of the process has been a joy. I think though the real key is that the final result is exactly what we wanted only better. The attention to detail throughout the process was second to none topped off by the fitter being such a nice human being who has worked for the company since 1984, enough said. So thank you Vince and team, another happy customer!
