This is a review to complain about one of your staff members here. He was working here last night 8:30pm (5/2/21). This is the second time I’ve come here and he was serving, he is a very rude individual who on 2 occasions now made me feel very unwelcome when ordering. He gives off a bad attitude and was telling me that next time I shouldn’t come this late because they’re gonna close and that I’m lucky he served me, but your google ad says you’re open till 9pm so why was it a problem that I turned up at 8:30? Not only that, he would hiss and grunt when I did my order. He’s done this twice now, not very welcoming at all. To top it off, attached is photos of my rose milk bubble tea which I believe he served with off milk. It was very tangy and just look at the state of it after finishing. I’ve been ordering off you guys for years and I’ve never received a bubble tea like this after I finish? I will make a formal complaint against this employee.

Who manages this Bubbleology? The kiosk is empty loads of the time - menu items (key ones like tapioca) are always missing, it gets taken off deliveroo exceptionally regularly. Staff are always down to 1 and super stressed which means they come off as being rude. Can’t blame them and haven’t found this issue at other Bubbleology stores management need to have a look!

Oh Wow! Bubble tea is amazing. A little more expensive than a coffee, but such a nice treat. My teenage daughters love it too

This is the 5th Bubbleology I have visited & it's now my favourite! The staff are patient, listen well and every single drink was precise and tasty. I was so impressed that I was tempted for a second round, just an hour later. Keep up the good service!

This was my first time trying bubble tea and I loved it! When you first arrive it can be a little overwhelming seeing all the different choices and not knowing what to get but I would recommend jasmine milk tea with apple boba and tapioca. Delicious and would definitely go back again! I only took a star off because it's quite expensive.
