Excellent Connecticut historical location! Conveniently situated near Rt 95 and New London and across from Coast Guard Academy. SSN 571 Nautilus is open for tour. All access is FREE for the entire family. No access to the Naval base from sunmerine museum.

The museum was small but very nice with lots of interesting information. My 6yo had a lot of fun playing with all the switches and knobs in the pilots chair. Touring the submarine was very cool. Highly recommend

Great displays! I loved touring the Nautilus and having the audio tour guide. Very informative and so fascinating to see how the whole thing works. Really enjoyed visiting!
