Terrible customer service! Doors locked so we waited outside for 30 minutes after being contacted to collect a bike after being serviced. Very hard to get in touch with 1 phone line dead, 1 rarely answered. No bell. Even resorted to emailing! When the man did come to door he was rude and unapologetic. He said we should have had an appointment! I suggested they got a bell, was told if they had a bell, people would be ringing it and they'd get nothing done! What happened to customer service? We we're joined by another customer who had been trying to get in touch with them for 2 days and had previously waiting and given up. When we eventually got an apology from one of the staff as we were leaving they said they we short staffed. Counted at least 4 staff, surely someone should be able to check there are no customers waiting and answer phones! Won't be back and wouldn't recommend due to their attitude!

Haven't had a good experience here, personally. Visited here once with a friend and they seemed to push their own bikes and gear and laughed when we seemed like we didn't know our bikes And said that our bike was a regular 'Chinese' and unreliable bike and that we should look into getting a proper one.
Wonderful! Bought the Proframe Fox Full face helmet, I've ordered countless of these only to have them say its actually out of stock so I called UK Bikes Depot to check and they looked and confirmed that it was in stock. I placed the order online - cheaper than the others I had 'bought' and it came the next day via TNT. Brilliant service, very polite, kept me informed via email of progress. Will definitely order again - thank you :)

Really like the open light show room, lots of knowledgeably staff to help, I have bought an ebike from them and the after service has been great. I have had repairs and upgrades done in the workshop and everything has been done to a high standard. The bike prices are competitive with online deals.
