Fantastic friendly focused kickboxing Haven! Both my daughter and I now attend the SOUTH HARROW branch and we both LOVE it! The instructors (DION and JACK) are professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the curriculum demands. This branch boasts many experienced members who are on hand to assist and make the sessions FRIENDLY, accessible and focused.. (shout out to JEFF). LITTLE DRAGONS: My 4 year old daughter attends this class and she has already shown greater self discipline and confidence, this is permeating into her school journey where she is showing leadership qualities. ADULT CLASSES: I have attended a few classes and been taught by both instructors who have welcomed unique styles of teaching but both have the same firery passion for their craft and are skilled in their session delivery. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for: fitness, self-improvement, weightloss, self defence and general wellbeing. **All sessions are in line with COVID-19 UK government guidelines....temperature and visual assessment is conducted at each session. Facilities are sanitised and social distancing is respected.
