Useless company as a tenant, they refuse to do the work, rude on the phone. Dont use them.
My experience with Lynx Lets has been nothing but excellent. I was dealt with very professionally and politely and every member of staff could not be more helpful. As for the other reviews, I do not believe for their negative comments and they are not warranted.
Phoned the Office and explained about my situation that I'm only 5 months in this country but I do have references and would love to view the house. I offered 6 months in advance plus 1 months rental deposit - tragically, she told me that she needs 2 years history tenancy and because of that I am not allowed to view the house .. Wow... I am also a landlord in the other country, if this is my agency - I probably freak out.. Wonder why their houses is been advertise for many months.. Felt sorry for the Landlords.
