My 98 year old aunt was here for just over a year. She was left in bed all the time. They were constantly under staffed so nobody had time to talk to her. They never tried to get her up except when I visited. Very difficult to get through on phone and hardly ever call you back when they say they would. Nice room and grounds but thats about all. Terrible CQC rating. Manager changed 3 times while there. Also very expensive. New home is so much better.
