We hired out Olive for a long weekend around Cornwall and had the best time ever! Clare and Tim were great to deal with and explained everything and answered any questions we had. Pick and drop off was super smooth and the van itself was amazing! Beautiful condition with lots of little thoughtful extras which made our holiday perfect Would recommend to anyone wanting a fun and memorable trip away!!

Had a beautiful week in Cornwall, rented Olive with a retro drive away awning which admirably withstood all the weather Cornwall could throw at us! Claire and Tim were incredibly friendly and helpful at every stage, and it's great to support a small family business that really cares. Our van was a fantastically original example with a few hidden modern touches (eg electric hook up) meaning very few compromises. Having such a well located pick up point means you're always going to be only a short drive to your first overnight stop, so you can do all the gruelling drive to get there by car, leaving you to enjoy driving the van on quiet, picturesque Cornish roads at a stress-free pace. While there are are other competitors to choose from, it is hard to imagine anyone doing it better than Happy Days, and we have already recommended them to all our Cornwall loving friends!
Honestly could not speak more highly of this couple. Claire and Tim were so accommodating for my first time renting a vehicle. I did a last minute booking for a surprise for my partner for his birthday. They were flexible with dates for me, good prices, so friendly! I was unsure about what paperwork I needed etc and clare talked me through everything which was really reassuring. We rented beautiful Blossom and loved every second! I would 100% recommend and will be coming back when I can
My wife and I rented Dobby for two weeks in September for travelling round Cornwall and into Devon. We had never driven or set up a camper before but Claire went through everything before we left so we felt confident about setting the van up on our first night and cooking our first breakfast in a field lol. It was an amazing experience and one i wont forget and so much fun meeting new people. the van was reliable and needed to be on some of the hills and really economical on fuel and we did a lot of miles. The only downside was we had to give it back as we were having so much fun . Highly recommended next time may try one of the other vans as already planning next time.
Super service and a great little van for exploring the lanes of Cornwall. We rented Olive, a classic VW camper for 5 days in October, perfect for sleeping next to the surf!
