Went on an open day, had an introduction by the owner small family run establishment, then had a walk around the vines dodging the rain. Sampled the wine and purchased one of the bottles to save for a special occasion as it was 35 or you could buy a glass and drink as you walked around the vines. Just need to get a few tables and chairs, marquee up with a pairing or two of cheese to get more customer satisfaction, there are lovely views from the top.
