Review on carphone warehouse! After the closing down of the in town Carphone Warehouse, we were pleased to see familiar faces and get such a great service at the one in Curry's PC world. Needed a new phone and was able to discuss various options within price range. Great to have the information from the staff which made the purchase easier. Highly recommend speaking to Jolly who was willing to take the time to talk through all the options, transfer old phone data onto new phone and assist with purchasing of accessories. Great service!!

The products and prices are good here and the support does cover for most issues. Unfortunately the staff here are pretty shocking. People come here, largely to spend decent sums of money on high end products for home and business. The staff with the exception of maybe 3 members are unhelpful, uneducated on their stock and mostly just milling around until a customer chases them for some actual help. As a sales business for high end items, the staff should act accordingly. They should be knowledgeable and want to upsell the customers. At the very least, try to give the information that the customer has asked for. Unfortunately the management seems pretty lacking so it can't be blamed on the newer staff members.

Disappointed....Again!! You can clearly see the price advertised on this printer but we were told 'none in stock and this offer is no longer available, someone forgot to take it down'. This is the second time that this 'patter' has been used on us!! No apology, no explanation just an attitude of 'tough' and 'I'm sure you can find another'.
