Do not use this service, very bad. They said 20 minutes waiting but I had to wait 1 hour with two young children and no communication in between with driver. Very poor

ABSOLUTE JOKE FIRM!!! MY PARTNER PHONED UP AT 5PM TO BOOK A CAB FOR 23:15 FOR 6 PEOPLE INCLUDING 3 YOUNG CHILDREN. MINICAB DIDNT TURN UP SO WE PHONED 45 MINS LATER TO BE TOLD THAT THE DRIVER HAD SIGNED OFF AND THEY HAD NO CABS LEAVING MY 3 CHILDREN OUTSIDE IN THE COLD FOR NEARLY AN HOUR. WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE EVER!!!
I needed a taxi as it was the first day at work. They said fine no longer than half hour. An hour later still nothing. Called a few times. Was left on hold for 8 minutes and had to call back over and over. Turned out the driver just straight up ignored the pick up order. Unbelievably their answer was \well can't you get an uber instead?\ What's the point of these guys existing?! Unreliable and definitely one to avoid.
The worst taxi conpany ever. They said the journey was going to cost 12 and the kind taxi driver charged me 15. The rude lady when i called the company again said she will listen to the recording and call me back. Calls me back in less than a minute and said that the recording said 15 not 12. She was lying because she didnt bother checking the recording. What she also didnt know was that i have photographic audio memory and i would never have paid 15 or more for this journey. Dont use this company they are liars.
On the basis of my experience, do not use this Compnany if you have a plane to catch. Due to a commitment, unusually, I left less time in my schedule. The night before I needed the Cab, I phoned and asked the company if they could guarantee a precise time:8.45am They said yes, so I booked. At 7.30am on the day I called to double check that the arrangements were still fine and that they would be on time. They agreed. They finally arrived after 9am. I was practically delirious. When the driver finally arrived he was kind and conscientious and I did make the flight... but it was a very distressing wait. If all is relaxed about your schedule, I’m sure they would be a nice company to use... but if timing is important to you, based on my experience, you’d better steer clear of this company.
