Appalling and rude customer service. Damaged our property due to carelessness during delivery and, despite admitting what they have done, failed to even apologise, let alone offer any recompense. We only live a mile away from the business but will happily go further in the future to avoid using them. Avoid Country Supplies, Hughenden at all cost!

So impressed with delivery! I just had my delivery from Country Supplies - 5 x tonne bags to be craned over the back of my garden fence. Driver was great - backing through a housing estate with no complaints, and he managed to manoeuvre around a parked car (that had ignored my bollards and signs not to park) and somehow get the delivery done. No complaints from driver - made it look easy - 20 mins in and out. Will definitely use again.

Awful rip-off untrustworthy company, obnoxious rude lying, argumentative staff,zero customer service, selling inferior quality and damaged,chipped discoloured,storage crate damaged patio slabs. Do not ever use or trust this company. I had to issue court proceedings to get them to refund money for faulty goods. Still over 1100 out of pocket. These people are liars and cheats and even lied to the court in there response.The worst people l have ever dealt with. Avoid like the plague they are scoundrels and that's being polite!!!!

We ordered some top soil for a garden project. Reasonable rates online so placed the order and selected the delivery date. Due to the pandemic I called on the day to check the delivery was still on, which is was. The driver was fantastic! He looked at our project and advised we had over-ordered and would be able to get a refund (minus a small restocking fee) if we called the office, which we did. He used a crane to drop it over our hedge and was most helpful and friendly. A real credit to the company. He made our job so easy! The chap on the phone who arranged the refund (which arrived 4 days after delivery) was very helpful too. So all round, a positive first experience!
